Geraldine McMahon is a professional, classically trained harpist and singer who has performed and travelled extensively throughout the British Isles and abroad. She is available for recitals, weddings, corporate functions and other special occasions. Wedding Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, Corporate functions, Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Christenings, Funerals. Whether your requirement is for the harp to provide gentle background music, or to feature prominently in the ceremonials, Geraldine will be happy to oblige. For a Wedding Ceremony, she can also sing accompanied by the harp, such timeless favourites as “Ave Maria” or “The Rose”. Her concert programmes include solo harp pieces and songs accompanied with the harp. Coming from an Irish background, having lived in the United States, and with a knowledge of French, German and Italian, she can adapt her programme to suit a multi-national audience. As a fully trained and qualified teacher with many years of experience, she teaches harp, both pedal and non-pedal, and singing on a private basis.
